Our experienced technicians will diagnose your computer problem and give you affordable repair options. In most cases, the computer can be repaired under the evaluation and repair pricing. We focus on SERVICE not sales, and our mission is to get your computer functioning again at optimal performance at the most affordable price.

We have three levels of service for computer evaluations:

BASIC - Average time is 2 to 5 Business Days
YELLOW - Diagnosis in 2 Business Days (48 Hours)*
RED - Diagnosis in 24 Hours*
(Repairs or Diagnosis needed in less than 24 hours is a per hour service charge)

Service level also determines the priority level for repairs.
For example, a computer brought in on Monday for BASIC service would have a higher priority level than a computer brought in on Tuesday for BASIC service. However, a computer brought in on Tuesday with a YELLOW Service level would have a higher priority than the computer brought in on Monday with the BASIC Service.


*If the computer cannot be diagnosed in the time given for that service level, you will be downgraded to the lower service level pricing while retaining your priority over those computers with lower initial service levels.
